At Polished Nails and Cocktails, we truly value each and every one of our clients. Our goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. To ensure that all of our guests have a memorable visit and feel right at home, we’ve established a few simple policies. Please note: 

At Polished Nails and Cocktails, our services are provided alongside self-employed professionals operating their own businesses. As such, you may notice differences in pricing, treatment techniques, and terms & conditions when booking with them. If you encounter any issues, please address them directly with the individual service provider, as our standard terms may not apply.

Treatments:

  • Gel Nail/Extension Removal: If you require gel nail or extension removal, please inform us when booking your manicure or pedicure, as additional time will be needed. Failure to do so may result in the treatment not being carried out, and you may still incur charges.

    • Gel Removal Fee: £5 (when booking another treatment) or £10 (removal only).

    • Acrylic Nail Removal: We do not offer acrylic nail removal services.
       

Booking Policy:

Bookings are made via our partner system, Treatwell. By booking, you provide personal details that will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found [here].

Vouchers:

Lateness Policy:

  • Up to 15 Minutes Late: You may be offered the option to pay a £5 late fee or reschedule your appointment.

  • More than 15 Minutes Late: We reserve the right to either cancel your appointment or charge an additional £10.

  • If rescheduled, a 50% deposit will be required for the new appointment, and failure to attend will result in a loss of the deposit.


​Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If the appointment is booked within 48 hours, cancellations should be made at least 3 hours before the appointment.

  • Failure to attend without notice will incur charges as per our policy.
     

Deposits:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all group bookings (3 or more people).

  • A non-refundable deposit is also required for any booking exceeding £70.
     

Service Guarantees & Refunds:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please inform us during your visit or before leaving. We are committed to resolving any issues. If we are at fault, we will issue a refund. No refunds or free treatments will be provided once you have left the salon.
